Overall, I found his group to compare favorably to the more expensive bunch but you might sacrifice some reliability and power. If you are a heavy duty user, I would spend the extra money on one of the blenders from the best of the best class but if you are just looking for a blender to make an occasional frozen drink or soup, these will work great.
