One of the things I’ve noticed when working with women is that they may forgo comfort when it comes to wearing stylish shoes. I know women who’ve taken a cab to their destination two blocks away because their shoes were killing them. However, as most of us get older (not all, mind you as I know of 70 year old women who love their high heels) something snaps inside our heads and we defiantly find our hands on our hips stating, “No more! No more cheap, ill-fitting shoes that look great but cause blisters!”
And then the hunt is on for stylish, comfortable shoes. There are quite a few out there that didn’t make the cut but a few honorable mentions go to Faryl Robin for their sass and Lauren Ralph Lauren for their boots. The shoes reviewed are stylish, well-made, can be worn comfortably, and don’t break the bank – that’s what I call great value.
