From a practical standpoint, there’s nothing like an umbrella stroller. These compact, light, and easy-to-fold strollers make your daily trips to the grocery store a breeze and your walk in the park a wee bit easier. The line has been blurred about what an umbrella stroller is, but the Baby Planners are thrilled that today’s “umbrella” stroller is not only functional, but increasingly fashion forward as well. These easy-to-use fold-ups should no longer be relegated to the back of the super-store or hidden away in the trunk of your car – feel free walk tall with these little, lightweight luxuries!
Maclaren - Triumph
The Maclaren company is consistently one of The Baby Planners faves, and we’re not alone. This company truly knows how to combine traditional taste with modern appeal. The Triumph is lightweight, stylish, and functional. Maclaren’s environmental program makes it all the more amazing, from recycling centers for your used strollers to their use of recycled materials in their packaging, we’re big fans.

Bugaboo Bee
For fans of the Bugaboo line, the emergence of the smaller, compact Bee is truly buzz worthy. The sun canopy is water-resistant and BIG which is great for all kinds of weather. The frame of the Bee uses the same high-strength aluminum and joint components that make Bugaboo baby strollers so durable, making this Bugaboo ideal for parents on the go.

Silver Cross – The Dazzle
It’s called The Dazzle for a reason. This Silver Cross offering is a unique, lightweight stroller that creates a stylish look to get out and about in the busy modern world. With its luxurious fabrics, brushed aluminum frame and sleek styling, it’s no wonder A-list celebs like Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum, and Jessica Alba are fans. In a selection of colors from Blueberry to Grape to Pumpkin, you will be, too!

Quinny Zapp
The Quinny Zapp is known for having the most compact fold of any umbrella stroller but for us, it’s all about the ride. It pushes, pulls, spins, and steers with minimal effort from bumpy sidewalks to the smooth mall surfaces. The fact that it’s ultra stylish and comes in a variety of fun, bright colors doesn’t hurt either!

Combi - Cosmo DX
With tons of fabulous features, the Combi Cosmo DX stroller has all the amenities of a standard stroller minus the bulk. It is one of the premier, lightweight strollers on the market today. We like the removable, washable, and breathable air mesh fabric, the adjustable canopy with storage pocket, and the easy tri-fold mechanism.

Uppa Baby - G-Lite Stroller
The eye-catching G-Lite is simply a D-light and certainly encompasses the lightweight aspect of umbrella strollers. At only 8.3 pounds, it’s the lightest, full-size umbrella stroller you can buy without giving up high performance and style. This stroller is perfect for on-the-go parents, from planes to trains to automobiles, this is one stroller that won’t hold you back.

Mia Moda - Spirito Stroller
The Baby Planners are fans of Mia Moda as we share a similar philosophy – “You’re still you. And now, with your baby, you’ve got a whole new reason to stay stylish.” This sophisticated, European-styled stroller is fashion forward as well as practical and easy to use.

The Baby Planners like that the Swift is loaded with safety and comfort features for both baby and parent – ergonomically designed handlebars assure a comfortable stroll for parents of all heights, a foot pedal mechanism makes folding a breeze, reflective piping for evening and night-time strolls, padded backrest. 5-point harness… it’s all good.

Zooper Ska
Like the other umbrella strollers listed here, the Ska stroller doesn’t skimp on the features and sophistication that we expect from its larger counterparts. Loaded with cool features, The Baby Planners like how the Ska can fold flat in a flash for unparalleled convenience on the go. As for their fun colors, the sky is the limit: Sky Blue, Sky Green, Sky Pink, and Sky Purple.

Uppa Baby - G Lite Stroller made getting around so much easier!
the Uppababy is very hard to maneuver. Its wheels do not turn easily. Steering this stroller is far more difficult than the MacLaren.
