This is the knife I use most often in my kitchen. It is very comfortable in my hand, even after hours of use. When properly stored and used with an end-grain wooden cutting board, this knife comes the closest I’ve seen of any knife having a permanently sharp edge. The cutting edge has a long straight section so that my wrist doesn’t have to flex too much when slicing with a rocking motion. Besides being a great functioning knife, it is one of the most attractive on the market.
